Fireworks in MK on Thanksgiving night???

Any past Thanksgiving travellers know if there are usually fireworks on Thanksgiving night? I called 1st thing this morning to book an Illumintions cruise, but being on hold for 10 minutes, by the time they got to me, nothing was available. So, I asked about a fireworks cruise at the MK, and she said they do not have November's schedule yet (Monday or Tuesday). But she went ahead and booked me for an 8PM boat because she thinks that being Thanksgiving and all, there will be fireworks, but she is not sure.

Does anyone know fi there is a good chance of there being fireworks????

There was 2 years ago. The parade also ran twice. I think the park stayed open until 11:00 pm.

We've been twice during Thanksgiving- 2 years ago and 4 years ago. Yes, both times the fireworks were every night that week and I believe Spectro was also- at least most every night. As the above poster stated, both times we went Spectro had two parades Thanksgivng night. I definitely think the fireworks will be going on. And- it's be said that there will be a new fireworks show called 'Wishes' that sounds really neat and spectacular! We're excited to see MK get a great fireworks show!
