fireworks from poly lake view?

Silly question but I have in all of my years never stayed at the poly. Is it possible to see the fireworks from the poly lake-view studios?

Also is there any chance at all of getting a poly lake-view studio in early december? I have read that the poly studios are one of the easier ones to get (shocking to me?) so I thought I might give it a go.

that or boardwalk where we are currently booked.

Yes, you can see Fireworks from a Poly Lake View. Also, on the Poly beach and on the Poly boat dock, there are speakers so you can hear the music and the story that goes along with the fireworks, although we could not hear the music in our room. A lot of people will be out on the beach or the grass behind the beach watching the fireworks.

We could definitely see the fireworks from our 3rd floor studio last November.

I'm assuming you will be renting if you are asking about availability, but since Poly is all studios (except for bungalows) there may tend to be more availability. There are less Lake view studios than standard views. With units still being sold and DVC controlling a large portion of the inventory I don't know with any confidence how quickly lake view vs standard view books. My suspicion is that the Lake View does book a little quicker.

no I'm not renting, I own at BWV and might be looking to switch at the 7 month window. Currently booked at the home resort.
