yes you can from some of the tables. We got there this past Jan for our PS early and were killing time and noticed the fireworks going off so we watched from out back of the Poly before checking in.
This coming Jan we moved up our PS at Ohana so that we would be seated when they start (hopefully the timing and table work out )
Thanks Mike! That is what I am going to try to do. We will be staying at the Poly ( concierge) in Feb. so I figure I have a good shot at a window table if I can time it right!
Many people have recommended watching them from the beach at the Poly. I didn't go all the way down to the beach but just right out back of the building, and thought it was fine viewing so I am sure from the beach could be even better.
so you should be able to watch them from the beach at the poly and then go up for your PS without any problems.
Rather than doing it yourself, ask the Poly concierge staff to make your Ohana reservation for you, with a request for a window seat. It may help and can't hurt.
MICKEEP,
Watch from the Polynesian Beach. The next best thing to being there.
'Ohana is actually a very good place to watch the fireworks, they dim the lights and pipe in the music from the park. Ask for a window seat it's great, can't wait to do it on my first night there.
Thanks, I will contact the concierge to make my reservations! We may have a family of 3 joining us(they will be staying at BCV) will this be a problem?? So that would make 8 altogether. WE ate at Ohana for the first time in August and really enjoyed it. The other family has never tried it but would like to do it with us. Joan
