Fireworks from GCH?

Is there anywhere at GCH (except the concierge lounge) that has a view of the fireworks?

Some of the DTD view rooms have very good views of the fireworks, other than that I don’t think so.

When the kids were little, we would ask for a room across from the tram loading area. The kids loved sitting on the balcony, watching fireworks in their pajamas. The view isn't "great" when compared to the view from SBC or IASW, but you can see the fireworks well enough to please little ones.

We have had dinner at Carthay Circle Restaurant and asked server to watch fireworks from upstairs patio. They opened up the patio and they pipe in the narration, very special And a good view. And, timed right you can go back to your table and have dessert. This was in 2015 or so.

Carthay Circle is not at the Grand Californian Hotel...it is inside DCA.
