I'm just checking out the dining reservation system on WDW website. I'm seeing lots of dining times for the restaurants which is great, but I'm not seeing fireworks dining packages. Fantasmic dining packages are there. Will be trying to get Rose & Crown for around 5 days into my reservation. Are these on another part of the site? I'm not booking right now, I just wanted to see how they system is.

If you go on the WDW website-things to do-make a reservation- epcot. The package is listed. You can also reach it by searching Enchanted Extras and find it near the bottom of the list. As a reminder, the packages are not always loaded at the 60 day mark. You often have to stalk the website multiple times a day to find the release. HTH

We only booked a fireworks dining package once about 10-11 years ago and if I remember right, we had to call to book.

They open up at midnight (I was up booking some enchanting extras like Upclose with Rhinos and horseback riding). Things started adding up quickly for our 7 day trip and I ended up cancelling a dessert after party (5 guests was like $450; I just booked CRT instead).

Also, the system keeps stopping short of doing its check for tickets (I kept trying to go to my plans so it would see tickets but it didn’t work). I tried everything I could think of. Sometimes if I searched Fantasmic showtimes then it would show my dates and other times if I went to ‘things to do’ ‘make reservations’ tab on the website it would show Fantasmic or MNSSHP. By the time I got through (2 hours or so later) I couldn’t get the time I wanted so I’ll most likely cancel the 7 pm dining I got.

Fantasmic opens up with dining at 6 est (sometimes 5:45 am). Opening multiple tabs is a negative and the system freezes (logged out and closed browser to delete cookies multiple times); using another person as a lead does not work with Space220 lounge (does with Topolinos). I had it book 2 separate lounge ADRs an hour apart. Be very careful with ADR modifications for space220 (it modified to sci fi?) and sci fi (modified to Hollywood brown derby). I had to cancel and rebook.

Eventually I just gave up on Fantasmic. It’s actually $13-30 extra and the seats we had were nothing special NYE week.

We booked a fireworks dining package for a July stay. You can do it online.

Rose & crown goes fast. We ended up doing Spice Road Table because R&C sold out. I did it because we went on the 4th of July. The food was good and I liked the view. I’m not sure if an Epcot fireworks package is really worth it though. We pretty much only did it because of the holiday and how crowded we expected it to be (it was very crowded).

Do look at videos of the current fireworks. They’re just fireworks in the sky and visible from all around the world showcase. I didn’t bother booking a package.

Also, the dining packages are visible on the website if you go to ‘things to do’ and ‘make reservations’. Don’t filter for MK/HS (filters out MNSSHP dining and Fantasmic packages).

The first day I see Rose & Crown dining package available is Nov 4 (if that helps anyone).
