Fireworks dining: castle or resort?

Can you see "wishes" if dining in the castle or would we be better off at the California Grill or Ohanas?

You really won't see much of them from inside the castle; the windows aren't that big, so unless you are right next to one, you won't see a thing. You could eat earlier at the castle, then get out in time to just exit the restaurant and see Wishes in the park; otherwise, 'Ohana or CA Grill are both good choices.

Narcoosee's is another good option. They have a deck just outside the restaurant that has an excellent view.
