Because you are actually IN Epcot, you get to experience the full "surround audio" that is so much a part of the IllumiNations show.
And, the view is as good as anywhere inside Epcot.
However, because there are so few boats that offer the Illuminations Cruise, the Epcot cruises are much harder to book than the MK cruises.
