Fireworks at Pop Cent. and other location requests?

Save me having to fish through all the pages of Pop Cent. FAQ -- Which bldgs can you see the Epcot fireworks from, more specifically, which rooms?
How did you request the room you wanted? Anyone request at registration?
We will have 2 kids in a dbl stroller, and one that is recovering from a severe injury and can't walk too far (will either bring his big stroller, or more likely, rent at parks so as to not deal w/ 2 strollers on the buses), and grandma who should be ok walking, but want to limit walking at the resort. We like the pool, but spend most of our time in the parks.

Hi,

When we stayed there last Feb we were in room 2456, 50's section, building 2, and could see the fireworks and illuminations in the distance - had to step outside for better view. This section is the farthest and we were on the 4th floor. There are elevators, but you might want to request a first fl room closer to the main buidling. Both 50's and 70's have such rooms and are not preferred buildings. You can get a pool view of the 50's bowling pin pool too.

Thanks Christine! I had my map from my Unofficial Guide, but it was laid out wierd, so I couldn't tell what bldg. faced Epcot.
I'll be checking out those links!
