Fireworks at CBR?

Yes you can see Illuminations VERY WELL! You can even hear the music from the show too!

I have quite a few photos of the show from CBR if you'd like to see them.

Go to: www.supremedisney.com

Then go to down to "Illuminations from CBR".

if you want to see them from the spot I took those photos, sit on the beach in front of Port Royale. For an even better view (which is where i took the photos) stand up on the bridge right at Port Royale.

A great place to see the Illuminations fireworks is on the beach at Martinique. If you want to see some of the lower fireworks stand up by the Customs house at CBR.

Well ... you won't be able to see much of what's happening on the water (the floaters and comets), and you can't see the water screens or the lighting on the pavilions. You won't see or feel the heat of the inferno barge at the start of the show, and you won't see the projections on the Earth globe or the point at the end where it opens like a flower and torch emerges from the center. You won't see the torches around the lagoon or the lower pyro. But you will certainly be able to see the high aerials and some of the lasers, and you might hear the music (if the wind is blowing in the right direction!).

So ... can you see fireworks from CRB? Yes. Can you see IllumiNations? No, not really.

That's neat. Maybe we'll watch one night. We'll definately see it at the park though.

Whatever

I'll be on the noncrowded beach watching Illuminatins if anyone wants to join me on June 5th.

Enjoy the fireworks! I'll be standing in front of Germany seeing all the other parts of the show along WITH the fireworks. (The video on the globe is my favorite part.) :goodvibes

While it's true you can't see the super low stuff or feel the heat.

Sometimes it is nice to go back with your family and relax by the pool at CBR and just relax and take in the whole experience. While doing this it is very nice to watch Illuminations.

Sure I'd rather be in the park but my wife and I a couple of nights just really wanted to watch from the resort, and as soon as it was over just keep relaxing. It's not real relaxing watching in the parks and sometimes you just need the relaxation and it is a pretty good view. Like I said, you can hear the music.

Oh, I totally agree! Sometimes the beach and pool are just better. But it's also a little misleading to say, "Yes you can see Illuminations VERY WELL!" from CBR. Particularly if people reading that have never seen the show before. It's true that you definitely get a great view of the higher fireworks, but IllumiNations is more than that. There are so many other wonderful elements to it. And I'd hate for someone to think that the fireworks they see from the beach are the whole show, you know? But then, it is my favorite show at WDW. :goodvibes

This is a publich apology to WDSearcher. You were right and I was wrong. While we did enjoy watching the fireworks from the CBR beach it did not even compare to seeing Illuminations in the park. I humbly hope you will accept my apology! :flower3:

No worries! I'm just glad you saw the full show from its intended vantage point. It makes a difference! :goodvibes
