I have wandered around the forums and can't seem to find what I am looking for - a non Disney Resort that may have a view of the MK fireworks.

Last fall we stayed at the Caribe Royale for a few nights and were surprised to be able to see some of the MNSSHP fireworks from our room. OUr view was about 40% obstructed by another hotel. But I couldn't figure out what hotel that was, so we could stay there next time.

We always plan on watching the fireworks from Mainstreet too, but it was so neat on our arrival day to be tucking the kids in at a beautiful off property hotel and still have a little of that Disney magic to kick off our week.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
Thank you,

Last July we stayed at the Marriot World Resort on the top floor in the west wing and we could see Disney Fireworks. Not sure what park it was from though. We also had a view of DTD.
We didn't go to Disney but it was nice to have some of the Magic. :dance3:

On our first trip to WDW, we stayed at the Best Western Lake Buena Vista which is in the DTD resort area. There was a bar/ restaurant on the top floor where we were able to watch the fireworks in the distance.

We own a timeshare at Orange Lake and you can see fireworks from certain locations within the Orange Lake complex.

We stayed at Bonnet Creek resort and could see the fireworks over Epcot, as well as MK ... although we had clear skies every night.

I believe from certain rooms at the Hyatt Grand Cypress you can see them as well.... At least thats what I remember from when I was a kid lol

I have watched them from the Buena Vista Palace (Formerly the Wyndam)

Somebody kind of beat me to it, but Marriott World Center has a great view of Epcot fireworks. The Nickelodeon Hotel is right over that way, too. I don't know if they get a view though. I can say, for offsite, it is a great location for getting to the parks quickly.

Another thought is that the Swan get a view of Epcot fireworks as well, but you have to pay for an Epcot view room, and more for a balcony. Still, they offer some good deals.

Thank you! This is very helpful! I am looking off site or at the Swan and Dolphin because I want the cheaper rooms. And being able to see the fireworks is like a little special bedtime story.
