I hit weird behavior this morning while booking, Mac OS 10.10 with latest Firefox. I selected a date, resort, room type, and got a reservation offer. Then I went to the points contract selection screen, and set the order (had to use both contracts we have). Then I clicked continue and it went back to the date selection page?

I did dates again and got the same offer, same problem, then again and one night was now unavailable.

Then I tried in Safari and got the room for all nights and booked everything fine.

Anybody else had problems in Firefox?

I've had problems using the online reservation system with Firefox. If it took me longer than 90 seconds to complete the booking process it would kick me back to the starting point. I did a few test runs and it always happened at exactly 90 seconds from when I started to book something.

I have Ad Blocker Plus installed so on a hunch, I disabled ad blocking on dvc.disney.go.com and the problem went away and things have worked fine since.

I too had ad blocker plus turned on. I'll disable it for the next time I try a booking or look at existing bookings.

This may explain why sometimes my screen would refresh to an error page when I was just viewing bookings.

I hope this turns out to be the solution for you as well. I would also like to know what it is the site is doing 90 seconds in that conflicts with ABP.

I had this issue tonight with Chrome. I think from now on....All DVC site stuff I'll do on Safari. I'm not a fan of Safari.....but I don't want to go through all that booking stuff 2 or 3 times like today.

I had this happen with Chrome last week. I saw a night I needed had opened, and I grabbed it. Got the message the reservation w/b held 20 minutes while I typed in data for the people, etc. Chose my contracts to use for points, went to the next screen and typed in our names and data. Clicked the disclaimer at he bottom of the page and...

Got sent back to the select your dates page. Room didn't book. Plus it was now gone.

So I waited about 45 minutes, checking every now and then to see if it reappeared (in case it was ME that still had it locked up). But it never showed as available again.

So even though it LOOKED like I had it, I lost it. And this was a studio at VGC at a busy weekend.

Don't know if was Chrome that did me in, or if the Disney system somehow snatched up the room for a wait list while I thought it was being held for me.

I've had this happen several times with Firefox - but not always. It started just after their upgrade several weeks ago.

The old back up Explorer has worked fine though. :)

This happened to me this morning using Safari. It got to the point of telling me I had the 20 minutes...so I filled in all of the info and hit the book reservation, and it took me back to the beginning. Then, when I tried to book it again, the room was gone. I waited about 20 minutes, and the availability reappeared. I did get the reservation booked.
