Finnegan's... help!

Could anyone please help with this little question? We've just come back from Florida and I had absolutely the best drink I've ever had - from Finnegan's (the restaurant by the Blues Brothers show). It is called a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri. Does anyone know the *exact* ingredients they put into it?

I've found dozens of other recipes on the Net, but they are nothing like what Finnegan's have.

If anyone could tell me what's in it, I'd be sooooooo grateful!

I've done that before with Disney restraunts and they were happy to give them to me

Maybe the secret ingredient is rum! That certainly would make a virgin daiquiri extra special!

I may be going over there today and I'll ask one of the guys about it. My best guess is that they probably use Island Oasis mix in their frozen drinks. Not sure if you can buy that in stores or not tho. I know that I've had some yummy pina coladas made special by that mix (well, AND rum, but the key is really the mix!)

I'll see what I can find out!

Not sure what Island Oasis mix is, as I'm in the UK, but I'll have a good go at importing it if that's what it takes

Yup, they use Island Oasis. Funny story, I was in a house at HHN last night and these kids behind me said "OK, lets go to the pub now" and then I heard the insistent kid say, "they're called virgin daiquiris, a drink without the alcohol" so you aren't alone. Now, I will say, I didn't get to speak to any of the bartenders, too crazy back there and I wasn't drinking, but I asked a server who has been there awhile and he said they use Island Oasis and I asked if anything else goes in and he said no, and they ARE yummy!

If I'm there again soon, which I should be, I'll try to ask one of the bartenders, or better yet, GET one, to be certain.

But it's the key ingredient, for sure.
