Can anyone tell me how to go about finding the amount of days left on a bunch of old tickets. I am sure I have PLUS time , but not too sure as to the amount of park entrance days. I would like to find tHis out so that I can purchase discounted tickets for the days we need, before we get to the parks and have to paY FULL PRICE.
TIA, Helene

I've done this before, but only when arriving at the parks. I knew that the tickets had at least one day left on them, so I checked to make sure that they didn't have more than that at the guest relations outside of Epcot when we arrived.

Not sure how you can handle that outside of being there in person. I guess that you can call customer service and see if they can track the tickets by some of the numbers on the back.

Good luck!

I don't think there is a way outside of bringing them to the park with you.

I'm sure you just want the info for yourself so please don't take what I am about to say personally. There is a major market for unused tickets that Disney presently just ignores. But they are not going to go out of their way to set up a system that would make it easier for unscrupulous people to sell their unused tickets. Therefore honest people like yourself have to deal with a more difficult system because of those who are not.

About 18 months ago, I did telephone someone at Disney for this reason. They take about 24 hours to get back to you but they do call back. They will need numbers located on the back of your ticket.

It's true that you used to be able to call to find out what was left on your tickets as recently as a year or two ago. But no more. The reason why it was stopped was that the volume of calls being received was turning into a full time operation for the CM's involved. This didn't sit well with Disney so they stopped allowing it over the phone. Now the only way it can be done is in person at a WDW resort, Guest Services, or Guest Relations.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to access this information online?

That service has been discontinued.

For honest people, yes, for dishonest people, no.
