Finding out if exchange student can come tomorrow

My cousin is trying to get a visa to come study English in the US, we are covering all costs. We've been planning for a year and tomorrow is his last step-- he has to have an interview at the US consulate. It's been nerve wracking waiting around because if it's a YES then he will be here in 8 days (AND we are all going to Disney World in 2 weeks!!)

I hope they say yes. It's so freaking hard to get a visa though. I'm afraid of the disappointment all around.
