...I have no idea what naysayers were expecting...Gone With the Wind?

Not GWTW, just something different. I guess seeing the movie once was enough for me. I just don't remember any songs from the movie. Kind of like if they wanted to do a show based on Home on the Range (remember that one???). I thought the people carrying the puppets were a bit strange. Were the puppets talking or were the actors? The puppets just appeared to be props so you could remember which character they were supposed to be.

Now, I wasn't much of a Tarzan fan either.

But Aladdin? Now that's some show!!!

I saw the show on 11/30. No real crowds that day so just showed up 5 minutes before and had no problem getting a seat. I liked it but didnt love it. I think the lion king show is so much better. Nemo just seemed very long. Needed to cut it by about 10 minutes.

Mark my words - this show - when it gets its full act together - will be the best show WDW has ever sponsored.

Remember, all those who have seen it so far have only seen the soft opening version - from now on it will only get better.

There are some sound quality control problems. There are some transition issues. Some of the acting needs to be tweaked and a few of the numbers need to revamped - but this is all to be expected.

Eventually, this show will be the gold standard.

I have to say, it sounds cheesey to me, but then again I thought the same thing of Festival of the Lion King and when I actually saw the show it was AMAZING. We're looking forward to checking out Finding Nemo in a few short weeks! (Hopefully!)
