According to a very reliable website the new "Finding Nemo" musical at the Animal Kingdom is set to officially open November 12th with previews beginning Nov. 5th. Disney has not made an official announcement. See below.

Nemo Musical to open Nov 12th
According to the audition information page for the new Finging Nemo Musical, the show will open officially on November 12, 2006, with previews starting on November 5th.
The new Finding Nemo musical replaces Tarzan Rocks at Theatre in the Wild in Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.
