Finding friends in vibe

So I'm leaving for my thanksgiving dream cruise in a month and a week!! this is going to be my first Disney cruise and I am going to be in vibe with my older sister. Do you find friends easily If you go to the meetings?

How exciting!
We were on the dream last year, and I can tell you that it would be smart to go to the meeting the first night. My brother and I didn't and we didn't make any friends, so much that we skipped out on that club for the rest of our cruise.
