Finding a boat captain??

My brother wants us to find a specific boat captain at WDW that used to work at his company. The fellow retired and, last the office heard, he was driving the boat between OKW and DTD. The gang at the office want to send a present for him.

Any ideas about how I'd find Captain Ed? Is there someone specific I could look for to ask about a cast member's schedule?

Am I starting on a wild goose chase??
