burning a heavenly smelling candle (cinnamon bun)
having a cup of chai (an indulgence I rarely allow my diet coke self)
watching DVR's from a week ago

ah, life is good

course now the DD's are in from snow play
and wet
and hungry

me time is over!

Oh how I miss my Diet Pepsi Max...I have gone cold turkey and stopped drinking it! It has been a week now and it's been rough...I seem to be getting lots of headaches and Mom thinks it is because I am not getting my daily dose of caffiene. I'm trying to drink more water...

Ricky does want to take responsibilty but Amy is shutting him out...although next week it looks like they may be getting close again...

DH was the same
he was drinking way too much caffeine
and he went cold turkey too
and the headaches stopped
he hasn't gone back to coffee since
but he does still have a coke with caffeine every once in awhile

but he tries to go no caffeine if possible

People who quit caffeine, whether from coffee or cola, usually develop headaches for at least a few days till their bodies get used to not having it. We don't have any caffeinated drinks at home. We have herbal teas, decaffeinated coffee and cola or Sprite, 7Up or seltzer.
You will be much better off if you stay away from the caffeinated drinks.
Sorry about the headaches They will stop coming soon!

Our mall is about 1/2 hour away. Weekends are not a good time to go. The parking lot is full in the afternoon and it actually becomes dangerous to drive through it.

About 10 minutes away...it didn't seem too busy but I just ran in quickly to pay the bills!

All it really is is chicken broth with vegetables...any vegetables you want to put in! It is very healthy
