I called the dining reservation number and spoke to a wonderful cast member who was so lovely. She gave her first name but is there any way to track her down or get a card to her or anything?

call back and tell the cm what you want to do and ask to speak to a supervisor. note the name and also the day and time you called. (they don't use there real names) they will be able to help you.
