Financing through Disney??

Are there credit checks? Will Disney finance you with a good down payment even if you have lousy credit? I understand if Disney finances you it doesnt show up anywhere else.

Seems Disney is being more cautious with the financing due to the current economic climate than they previously have been ( there have been some recent posts on prospective buyers at BLT not being able to get financing - that may have not just been through Disney mind you, it could have been referring to Disney and / or been attempts through other sources ).

Here's a link to thread posted yesterday concerning credit scores and it mentions 15.5% financing rate through Disney.
