Financing for DVC

I was just wondering how difficult it is to get approval for financing for DVC. Had some issues with credit but now paying everything off and score is coming up. Our financial situation has changed for the better and we can now afford monthly payments etc.

Not difficult at all. We did not finance through Disney (interest rate is scary high) but from what I have gathered here and other places, short of outright bankruptcy Disney will finance most anyone. Probably why they have so many people default on their loans and they have so many foreclosures.

It's my understanding that financing is pretty easy through Disney. They can just take back their product anytime they might need to, so they are pretty well protected. I have heard of few cases where DVC required more money down from people they had credit issues.
