Financed, Cash or Both?

I just want to get an idea on how many Disboards and DVC members financed or paid cash for their membership and add-ons.

Here are some guidelines for voting:
1. There will be 3 categories as described below:
a. Cash - if you paid NO interest for ALL of your contracts. So if you used a 0% financing option and paid your balance before the 0% promotion expired then you belong here
b. Financed - if you paid any interest for ALL of your contracts then you belong in this group.
c. Both - if you have multiple contracts AND used a combination of financing and paying in cash then you belong here. You dont belong here if you paid 1 contract partially in cash and then partially financed it - to me you still paid interest on this and is considered a financed contract.

2. Count yourself as just 1 vote regardless of how many contracts you had. So if your contract1 is purchased with your spouse in cash and contract 2 is purchased with your child as financed then you fall under BOTH category.

3. Continuing on #2 sample, spouse and child may vote under their own category which is Cash for spouse and Financed for child.'

I'd call it cash.

It's cash if you did this for entire purchase amount. It's financed if you did this for just the downpayment and the balance is financed.

Both. We financed the first one and then paid it off in a year or two. The other two contracts we paid cash for. Interesting survey.

We financed the first contract and paid cash for the 2nd. I don't feel bad about either!
