Finally we return....

Trust me when I say this, I realize how spoiled we are living so close. That being said, we haven't been to WDW in almost three months and we were all so ready to go. We checked in on Friday 1/23 at the Wilderness Lodge. We had never stayed there so we very intent on checking it out. We were, needless to say, impressed. After enjoying some peaceful time on the 4th floor balcony, we took the boat to the Magic Kingdom. We enjoyed some hotdogs at Casey's before walking around the park and taking in the sights. We rode Small World and the Tea Cups before taking scouting out a place to watch the fireworks. Wishes was amazing. Afterwards, we relaxed in the hot tub before hitting the sack. We rose early Saturday morning and went to breakfast at Whispering Canyon.....what a great place. We then spent the am at MGM. We returned to the resort for a quick nap and then were off to DTD for a little shopping and a late lunch at Wolfgang Puck's Xpress. After we returned we spent some quiet time (my son read, I watched some basketball on tv, my wife napped, and my daughter played). Then, we took the boat to MK, then hopped the monorail to Epcot. We rode Spaceship Earth before arriving for our PS at Le Cellier. We scooted out of the park just as Illuminations was starting to avoid the crowds. We again enjoyed the hot tubs before going to bed. Sunday morning we packed up and then went to MK. We rode stuck to Tomorrow Land and Fantasy Land before heading back to the hotel for lunch at Whispering Canyons. We had such a relaxing weekend. We can't wait for our next trip.
