I started getting serious about my weight about two 1/2 weeks ago. I decided to make healthy choices for myself - eating sensibly and getting some exercise. I lose weight very slowly. I joined Curves the other day and I think that is going to help alot.
I finally weighed myself this morning and I have lost three pounds. It's not much, but at least the scale is going down instead of up. Having seen that for a while.
I can't take a clippie yet, but hopefully, it won't be long.
