I'm not sure where the I've stayed at all 3 thread is but I finally I finally joined the club. I stayed at HRH for 5 nights the beginning of December. I must say that reviews of poor customer service at HRH almost made me sway back to my beloved RPR but with AAA and a Loews Gold Upgrade to a deluxe queen room for $179.00 a night was too good to pass up. I figured if I didn't like it I would ask to move to RPR.My worries were put to rest the moment I arrived. I have never been treated better or met a nicer staff at any resort I have ever stayed at.I wish I could remember everyones name because I received a survey and felt bad that I didn't know anyones name.I was really impressed with the doorman, bell man, and check in desk. I recieved my Loews gift in less than an hour of arrival. I will admit I am not easy to please and I resort hopped this trip to HRH (queen deluxe)and 3 Disney resorts (all Concierge level). The HRH was my 1st resort and the great customer service was not matched at any other resort. When I had a noise issue at HRH with the ventilation in my room and they couldn't fix it until the morning I was moved to the room next door(standard room) for the night, since they didn't have another deluxe room available but they credited me $50.00. I was glad to get the credit but the standard room had a noise issue also with the ventilation system in the bathroom that was very loud.I think the loudness of the ventilation system was the only problem I had at HRH and they more than compensated me for that. The walk to US/CityWalk is great but I always seemed to take a wrong turn and ended up taking twice as long( I have been cursed with a really bad sense of direction).I also went to see Blue Man Group and LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!I was worried I wouldn't like it after I heard more about it boy was I wrong. You need to have a good sense of humor to really enjoy it. I think the HRH is a really great deal if you are a Loews Gold member the deluxe room I got for $179.00 was a great deal but I did find my self missing RPR just a little bit. I do travel alone and don't really need a deluxe room so it may be hard to decide between HRH and RPR my next stay. One interesting thing I noticed is that FOTL access is not that important the beginning of December because there were not waits so I am not sure that is such a perk that that time of the year.
