Even though this might not be too interesting for all of you reading it, it is great fun for me to relive the fun we had!! I am also posting dining reviews and it is great to remeber!!
On our second day we went to MGM, getting there about 9:30. We immediately went to TOT for DS and DH. They went in (only a 15 minute wait), other DS, DD and myself went and got 3 FP for R&RC. Came back to TOT, walked in the back way just in time to see photo of DH and DS!! DH decided not to do R&RC, so boys took FP and went off! We took DD (4 yo) to Playhouse Disney. Waited in line about 10 minutes until doors opened. Great show!! The kids really love it. Came out and got FP for LM. Went and stood in line to see Stitch in Animation Court. Three people away, Stitch had to take a break. It really was a 5 minute break!! Went back and still had 15 minutes to kill for FP, so visited Mickey's hat, played games and made PS ressies for Hollywood & Vine for Fantasmic. FP for LM was for 11:50 to 12:00, CM let us in line at 11:45. DD liked this show, too. Our first time. When we came out of LM we walked down to WWTBAM, just as we walked past trailers, Pluto came out, so we were second in line for him!! Continued to Backlot Tour and waited about 8 minutes for show. When we came off, boys met us and we went to eat at Backlot Express. The boys had ridden R&RC several times and also the Movie Ride. We decided to go back and rest and swim. We had PS at Hollywood & Vine for 5:00. After dinner, we rode the GMR, waiting only about 15 minutes to get into the cars. But since they have the movie trailers showing, the time goes quickly. By the time we got off the GMR, it was time to go to Oscar's Garage to turn in stroller and get seating for Fantasmic. It was only 8:15, but they said to be there by 8:30. They let you in the back gate and you walk backstage, following a yellow line to get to the theater. Fantasmic was a great show, and sitting relaxing for 1/2 hour wasn't bad either!! The crowds were really not bad at all. There were lots of people walking around, but the waits for anything were not bad at all!! We really enjoy MGM, and were sad to have missed B&TB show (couldn't fit a time in) and Hunchback (not showing on Friday) We knew we were coming back though!!! Happy reading!!
