made disney veteran and will leave for WDW within 5 days. what a way to start a great holiday weekend !!

thanks for being my cheerleader!!!!!!!!
i have asked on three different boards on what is the dis veteran and how does someone get it. maybe you know people in higher places than i do and will get the answer........

about the tags. i am still new on this one but do know part of it.
a tag fairy is the only person that can add a tag to your name. this is located in the box left to the messages you read and post.
a tag fairy will use a phrase or sentence depending on their humor. sometimes this tag phrase has been taken out of context and switched around fromits original statement. ie; one lady had a tag that said, i did it 12 times in the dark.
what she had said in her post was that she rode space mountain 12 times and the ride was dark.

some people get many tags, some never do. i haven't figured it all out yet. i got my two tags when i posted for the 11th time. i didn't get it and didn't realize the excitement many talked about. now i have been posting for a month, i look forwards to tags. its just a cutesy thing,...you know like a girl thing. can't say much more.

Thanks for educating me on tags. I just jumped over to another thread while you posting and to get tagged on your 11th post seems amazing, with Chuck and Zurwig out there in the thousands. Congratulations!!! I guess you never know when pixie dust will blow your way. This board surprises me every time I get on it, I guess that why I so addicted

On the left column it shows how many posts you have placed. It appears that when you make the 75th or 76th post, you no longer become a "Welcomed Guest" but a "DISveteran".

Macraven, I see you have placed almost 200 posts. You've been a vet for some time and never knew it. Congrats to you too!! BTW, the blue text that shows your posts' # is the same color as the blue background. That part does not show if your post in a blue area. Look on page one compared to above.
