It's on every halloween, and every halloween I miss it because someone is comondeering the tv. Now that we have Disney cinemagic and Sky+ I am finally able to see it!!!!

I don't think it's a proper film; it's more like a 1/2 hour special. I think it has been on previously, but not this year.

A little info for you. It was a 7 Minute short that was released with a goofy movie. It also stars Kelsey Grammer as the anthropromophic monkey doctor!
