Having said that, I have kept a balance in my account for over a year, adding webbies as I get them, and none have expired as of yet. I'm saving the bunch of them to pay for our resort room in 2004.

I am sorry that everyone is having problems with mypoints getting your certificates but, I am glad to read that I am not the only one. I cashed in before Xmas for a $25. Applebee's, still have not received it I'm getting a bit concerned. I emailed mypoints asking if there was anyway to track it. Good luck to all.

I just wanted to post that since this thread started, I've gotten both my webbies. The first one was requested on 12/8 and received 1/8. The second was requested 1/6 and received 1/21. I guess it depends on what you redeemed for as to how long you will be waiting. If anyone is still waiting for a webbie from December, I would suggest contacting customer care.

Update on my problems with mypoints. I sent them an email requesting them to track my GC from Applebee's. I received the basic reply form letter right away but have not heard a thing since that. I find this very unusually for them they usually take care of any problem within a few days or have for me in the past.


Update on my update, still no reply from them about my missing GC. There basic form letter said that someone would have a answer for my in 24-48 hours, well it's been 5 days. I don't think I'll every get it.
