Finally got DOCS....Now I have a question?

What is the "Name of city where you boarded" Its on the immigration form. Is it Port Canaveral...Cocoa Beach...???

Port Canaveral will work just fine.

So far I've left that line blank on mine with all of the changes going on these days (Port Canaveral/Port Everglades/etc). Will fill them out just before we leave on Saturday!

We also put Port Canaveral. But we ended up boarding at Port Everglades and they took care of any changes if they were needed. I was glad to not have to fill out the sheets all over again.
