OK, I have all the park hours and emh's and parade times and fireworks times plotted out in one grid for each day of our 2 week stay :cool1: ...My only question is: Should we go during EMHs or not? :confused3 :confused3 Are the night time ones really crowded? I want to do this tonight so any quick answers would be great! Thanks!

It does appear that the night EMH hours are more crowded than daytime. However, I think it's still a great opportunity to get a few more park hours in. I'm thinking it might be an option for me and DH to stop arguing over getting up so early every day of vacation.
We're going in April and looking forward to giving them a try.

Denise, I'm not sure when you are going but we went in February and we did do the evening EMH. We went to MK earlier in the day and avoided Fantasyland and went there for EMH night instead. I thought it was pretty empty. We rode all the rides except Dumbo (even on EMH it had a 40-minute wait). Since we were going in February with shortened hours and it was our first trip on-site (and probably the last for a few years) I couldn't resist doing the EMH. We were going to do EMH night for MGM but because it rained that day the park was not overly crowded and we got everything done. The same thing happened at AK. We were going to stay for EMH night there but we had done everything we wanted to do. So . . . if you are going when there are shortened park hours I think it is a good idea to take advantage of EMH night. I have never been to an E-night so I can't compare the crowds but I didn't find it to be packed.

**edited to add** My kids were tired that night and wanted to go back to the hotel but we decided to stay and they were so glad they did. They liked walking onto the rides with no wait. Also I can't describe how cool it was walking out of the MK at 10 p.m. and feeling like we were the only ones there. That was very cool. :smooth:

We are going from April 12-26th. I would soooo love to do the night hours especially, since my entire family, including all my kids, are huge fans of late nights and late mornings on vacation! Well, we would do that all the time, but life gets in the way! :rotfl: I just had heard that it was so crowded at night that it was awful. We've never been to Disney when there were crowds. Usually we have no problems, and certainly not long waits. We did wait a long time at Universal several visits, though!
I'm feeling much better just after the two of you posted! Thanks! :p
