Finally ditching the land line!!

We only have a landline because its a free service thru DH's employer, otherwise we wouldn't have one at all.

Whether or not they do, they are not suppose to and can be fined for it.

A good law, but how do they enforce it? How am I going to report someone when many telemarketers block their number, or use software to display a false call back number? And with phone number portability which allows you to transfer your land line number to a cell phone, how is a telemarketer to know they are calling a cell phone if the prefix is a landline prefix?
