Finally closed

Yeah!!!! We finally got closed on our resale. Got the letter confirming today, we closed on 7/28. I have already called MS and we are not in the system as of yet. How long does this usually take? We are waiting to make a ressie for the 13th-19th of Sept, we have pts expiring on the 30th. So we are a little anxious.

For those interested we made our offer on June 9th so almost 2 months to complete everything!!

Congratulations! How long did it take from passing ROFR to closing? I'm curios because we passed today and our agent said it would be about 10 days before we recieve the final contract.

It took right at 2 weeks from ROFR. I think we got that word on the 15th and closed on the 28th. Within a couple of days anyway.

Our closing was on July 23rd. I called MS Monday AM on the 28th and they were in the process of loading us into the system. By 11:30, we had made our first reservations!
