Finally closed on VGC! When can I start calling?

Hi all,

We finally closed on our VGC resale on Tuesday (yesterday). Is it too soon to call Member Services next Tuesday to see if we are in the system yet? I think I have the previous owner's contract number (is that what it is called?). Do I ask for my club ID and the one time activation code to get online access?

Also, where can I find the number to call? If we're not allowed to post, can someone please PM me the information?

Congrats!

Your broker you purchased thru should provide you with the number to call and all the information required to check with DVC.

It's always hard to say when to call but 1 week should be fine to check. And don't be surprised if you are set up in the system but don't have points yet. Apparently 2 different departments (or people) do each step and it can be a day or two from the time you are set up until the points are loaded.
