I feel for your Mom. I have played thousands of POTC games too. The final straw came this past week when I played POTC game for 2 hours and none of the codes worked. I sent a message to VMK and their answer was "too bad- so sad". They wouldn't even help me in the least.

So I decided I would break down and trade instead of trusting VMK to make it "right". I'm really happy with the trade, it cost me a rare suit and some other stuff.

I've had Sparrow once, but traded it a day later. I've never been a fan of most of the costume, and it's way over-inflated in "value."

I am glad you got your sparrow, but what is it that you were expecting VMK to do? I fail to see how the responsibility of you not getting sparrow after hours of entering codes falls onto VMK? My entire family has played for months and months entering codes and still no sparrow. Can you clarify bc I do not understand why this is something that "VMK needs to make right."

She's not complaining about failing to get Sparrow from codes. If you read
her posts again, you'll see she's complaining that the codes from the game
are not giving ANY prizes at this time, so she doesn't have the option of
entering codes available to her at this time.

So she took the initiative to trade for it because that's currently the only
option available at this moment.
