Interesting.

I did read on about the grafitti problem they're having at DL. Why aren't they installing cameras in the areas that are repeatedly getting vandalized? It seems it's becoming alot more than a minor nuisance.

Was just at Disneyland for several days and did NOT see a lot of peeling paint or graffiti around the park. It was crowded, of course, but not too crowded to have a great time.
I did notice some scratched mirrors, though. You can really see the difference between the kinds of people who come to Disneyland and those who go to Walt Disney World.

I've never been to DL before. Why do you suppose DL attracts that "type" of person more than WDW?

Perhaps they get a few more gangbangers there due to the proximity to more troubled inner cities. Or it could be hoodlums from the country.

Disneyland, to me at least, is the cute quaint little park that Walt made and walked and built himself, the best park to take little kids to because it is like a park that you could just go and spend a day with your kids. Just like it was your nieghborhood park. Just like that. I think I'll take my kid to disneyland this morning, then we'll go get lunch somewhere. Yes, that would be a nice way to spend today. Let's go to Disneyland. As if it was the nieghborhood swing or slide and merry go round, except it was cut out of pixie dust. Look, there's pluto, bet you can't catch him. Well of course you can. Let's go see Mr. Toad's house. Wait till you see the elephant fly. Oh, Dopey.

Bob O it is disgraceful frankly what happened that night, at least as I understand it, that there are people in the studios who think that way about the parks, and the cms there.

DL probably has a bigger problem with graffitti and etching than WDW since certain infamous gangs are from the LA area...atleast thse gangs are only doing graffitti and not fighting with knives or guns..which has happened in the past (knives never guns). But i believe that Disney should do a better job of looking and confiscating any type of paint that can be used to mark the park.
