As a local I go to the parks quite a bit, but no white-vested Dream Teamers for me. I just missed prizes several times at AK but rarely even saw them in the other parks.
That all changed this morning...I headed off to Epcot to do the Soarin' Stampede rope drop. I figured I could get in one standby and one fastpass ride on it before the times got unreasonable. I was early enough to be right by the rope, and since a big glob of people veered off to get fastpasses vs. going straight on the ride I was actually the second in line (an ambitious little boy was in front of me...I have no idea where his family was). We went down the hallway to the loading area, and lo and behold! There were a group of Dream Teamers in their white vests! They said, "First, eh? You're lucky. And now you're even more lucky because you win a prize!" They proceeded to hand out Dream Fastpasses to everyone in our loading section. As you can imagine, on a crowded summer day that caused a lot of happiness and excitement.
Thanks to the Dream Team, I managed one extra ride on Soarin' (and of course the other FP rides too). Sounds like a small think but it really made my day.
