FINALLY!! 30 days to go and...

Hubby is finally getting a little excited!

Just a quick recap, we are going on a cruise to Mexico on Saturday October 18th. We leave out of San Pedro (LA) and I somehow managed to talk my non Disneyland loving husband into going to DL the day before! I have been talking about it for months and FINALLY tonight while having dinner he actually started talking about what rides he wants to go on, where he wants to eat, basically our game plan since it's just one day!

He just made my day!!

Our plan is to get to DL at opening and hit Indy, Pirates, HM, Big Thunder, Matterhorn, and whatever else we can before about 9:45. Then we are heading to DCA to do all the big stuff and have lunch at Corn Dog Castle. Then after doing everything in DCA we will go back to DL and do Space Mountain, Star Tours, Autopia and other stuff. Dinner will be at ESPN Zone, then back to DL until about 10 or 10:30, then we drive to the hotel and get ready for the cruise!

And to top it off, today at work hubby got a $100 Amreican Express gift cheque as a bonus! So we can spend that at DL!!!

I am so excited, I just had to share!

I did just HAVE to read your post....we are going on a cruise (our first) leaving Friday 10/17. Just taking the 3 day cruise to Mexico since I'm not sure how I will do on the boat....anyways.....we are meeting my mom and the kiddos at Disneyland when we get OFF the boat.

I think your plan for the day sounds great. How cool your DH got that bonus too.

Silence, ask your doctor about the seasickness patches that go behind and a little below your ear. They aren't supposed to make you drowsy like the pills do. DH and I went on a 3 day cruise and got a little woozy and nauseated. DH also came down with a sinus infection. After we got back, he went to the Dr. and the doc asked if he had used the patches - hubby told him he didn't give him the patches before we left. We saw a bunch of people wearing them and wondered what they were.
