FINALLY... 2010 planning!! Who's going?

There's 8 of us coming 24th July till 14th August 2010 - all booked through virgin!! CAN'T WAIT as we're not going this year - off to cancun, mexico instead for a change!

We just decided that we're defnitely going in April 2010 during our vacation from school. It's not attached to Easter next year so it shouldn't be too crowded.

I am so excited!!

We may be going over spring break in 2010! Hopefully making reservations at our "home," Saratoga Springs!

After spending way too much on disney vacations in 2005,2006,and 2007, we've had to take 2008 and 2009 off.
It's killing me to wait so long, but we are definitely planning to go in 2010. I'd love to make this one a 2 week trip, but if we do that, it will have to be during spring break, which is the week after Easter.
So now I'm trying to decide if it's better to take a longer trip with bigger crowds or maybe take a one week trip when it's a little less crowded.

We are going on our first WDW family trip February 2010. I have been many times but this will be my hubbys and childrens first time YIPPEE!! I am super excited.

We are planning a December 2010 trip to Disney. It will have been 3 years since my DH and I had been (we went in September 2007 for our Disneymoon) and it will be our DD's first trip!

I know it's a long way off, but I'm so glad to have a Disney trip in the works!!

DH and I are planning on going early December, 2010. Probably a 12 night split stay between AKL and a Universal Resort.

I can't believe how consumed I am already by this trip even though it's so far away!

We will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary (which is technically in July). Anyone know if it's still okay to tell them at the resort that we're celebrating even though its late?

Just wanted to add my happy dance for 2010 to all the others!

Just found out this weekend that we are going to do a family vacation in February 2010!!! It seems so far away, but I am so excited!! I wish I could start planning everything now!!!

December 19 -28th 2010 for the big family trip...dh and and I decided to sneak off alone this Fall Hoping for a 2 bed at Saratoga or a Treehouse. Haven't really decided yet. Still pretty darned excited!

This is NUTS! I am waiting over 2 months yet to make ADR's for my Sept trip and we were already trying to plan our 2010 trip!

Heck, we are going but I don't know when other than for sure we will do our 4th annual MNSSHP, F&W, FD and my birthday.

It's over 300 days away right now and I already look forward to it everyday.

I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one looking forward to 2010. We're planning on going with my in-laws in April 2010 for 6 days and my parent in Oct 2010 for 7 days. I can't wait. My in-laws are DVC member at SSR and we get to book that trip in a couple of weeks. Hopefully we can get into THV if we book 11 month in advance.

We just booked our 10th anniversary trip for BLT for March 2010! So excited to be staying in a brand new resort and on the monorail!!!

Can't wait to start planning and making dining ressies, but we'll have to wait longer now, 90 days out ADR.

Gives us plenty of time to go over all our options!

We are planning our 3rd trip for September 2010. We went during that time for our first trip, and the crowds were great, the weather was nice, and the price was right I've convinced my sister and her family to go on their first trip, as well as my brother, who will be back from a 2-year station in Japan. It will be a great family reunion!

Not sure where we will stay. I'd like to go to AKL, but will probably end up at CBR or CSR, to stay close to the rest of the group.

We stayed at AKL in November and all I can say is WOW! If you have the opportunity to stay there you really should. Besides the beauty of the hotel, the restaurants and pool are incredible.

If you are going with others you may want to look into a DVC point rental. Many times doing this makes the villas cost the same as staying at a moderate. We did this for a studio and paid less than we would have for a moderate. We could not resist! Also, you could get a larger villa 2 bdr and all stay together and split the cost. SOOOOOOOO Worth It !!!!

My husband and I are going late Jan 2010 to early Feb 2010 for our last big vacation before starting to try for kids. I can't wait.
Also, my in-laws were visiting this past week and my MIL and I spent much of the time hinting to the guys that we should plan another Disney vacation this year! That would be so nice!

We're going June 2010, hopefully for Star Wars Weekend, unless, of course, the kids get a new obsession by then, in which case, we'll still go, just not worry about Star Wars Weekends. We go before each of the kids start kindergarten and that will be DD4's special trip. All the inlaws are going, too, so there will be a total of 14 of us.
