Final Statement of Room Charges

On previous Disney Cruises I have taken I have received a paper copy of my final room charges in my room before we departed. I just returned from a cruise on the Fantasy and did not receive a statement this time. I was expecting to get an email with the statement like I do in WDW now. When I booked an onboard reservation for a future cruise I also did not receive a paper confirmation, but was told it was all handled via email. I am fine with that, but I did not receive an email of my charges either.

What have other peoples recent experiences been? Are you getting a paper final statement? An email? or Nothing?

Does anyone know who or how to contact Disney to ask about this?

We didn't have one delivered on Saturday, either. I stopped by guest services before we left the ship and wound up being glad I did, because there were a couple things wrong with our charges.

I hope that's not changed. We received a paper copy of the charges in our room on our last DCL cruise.
 
We received a paper copy from our last cruise on the Fantasy about 2 wks ago. I usually stop by guest services the day before we return to get a copy anyway.
 

We received one this past Saturday morning before getting off the Fantasy.
 
I did check my spam folder, but looks like I may have just been an isolated incident that I did not get a hard copy since others have received hardcopies recently.

We did not receive one on Monday prior to departing the Dream. Had to stop at Guest Services for the print out before debarking.
