Final Folio

I've done some searching to no avail, but does anyone know how I can view my final folio? I can't seem to locate anything in my account, and the app only shows our next cruise reservation.

Once you leave the ship the app resets to your next trip ticker if you have one. It will no longer work like it did while on the ship while it was connected to their WiFi. The last night of your cruise you typically get a final balance/bill placed in your fish outside your stateroom. It shows what you charged and if you owe anything not covered with your onboard credit. It will show a balance that will be charged to the card you have on file. If there is any issues they will stop you as you exit the ship to go back to guest services to finalize anything that was an issue. If you like a copy once off the ship you can try calling Disney and have them email you a copy.

Ah, didn't think to check the fish (but didn't notice anything either, even after returning from breakfast)...guess I'll have to call!

Odd that they don't email it to you, like the hotels.

They may have just only had it in the app this sailing cause of the new COVID protocols. We haven’t sailed yet, we sail Sept 24th. We plan to this trip and have done on previous is go to guest services and get a print out before they sent out the paper ones to your stateroom. We like to add Disney gift cards to our account to make sure we have a zero balance. So they don’t charge our card for anything and they don’t have to give us anything back either.

Got it! Not sure if you've seen this but there were signs up during the entire cruise saying you could only get in line for GS if you made an appointment in the app (by chatting with them first). I had to chat with them once and there was about a 10 minute wait to chat. Not bad!
