Filming at Disney Question

Hi, first an introduction. My name is Roy and I'm a Children's Pastor/evangelist. Every year I design/write/teach a themed summer camp. I come up with a character as well as lessons and stories. this past season it was a mad scientist. I also make a commercial that airs on the local TV station to promote the camp. The theme for next year is "Hatari Safari" "Life's Journey". The characters of course are jungle animal puppets and Sterling Livingston a mustachioed safari leader.

Now onto my question. I am heading to WWD in Oct. and I would like to shoot some footage at Animal Kingdom for my commercial. In costume with one of the puppets. I would of course make sure no logos or Disney characters or copyrighted stuff would be in the video. It would just be great to have some of the "jungle background stuff in the video. Would Disney freak out over this? does anyone know who I would call to discuss this?

You're supposed to have permission (and often a permit) to do any kind of an organized shoot like this in most places. Disney is no exception. Also, Disney doesn't allow adults to go into the parks in anything that could be considered a costume so you might not even make it in the gate. I'd start with WDW public relations or community relations to get more information. You could also check with the local film comission office.
