Figuring out the qsdp.

We are a family of 6, three children, 1 Disney adult and 2 real adults. When we order do we have to order 6 meals every time? Can I get a meal for myself and 2 kids and just us eat. Many times each kid is not hungry at the same time. can I get a couple adult meals and a couple of kid meals and just feed the ones that were hungry?

Yes. You can always purchase fewer meals than you have people on your key card - but Disney has a policy where they won't let you purchase more.

One of the things we loved about the QSMP was that it was so flexible. Our kids are older and they could just order what they wanted when they were hungry. My DD and I often split a meal and the boys used the "extra" credit for a late nite quick service pizza or burger.

The Dining Plan is extremely flexible, in that you can order only ONE meal at a time, if you feel like it - and split it amongst yourselves! When my DD was younger, we often split a meal between the two of us.
