Figment Autograph Book Cover

I am hoping a Disigner can help me out! My son has asked for a Figment Autograph book cover. I have searched and haven't found one! Would someone be able to create a 5X7 cover for Lucas. We will be in WDW December 2016. It could even look a bit wintery or Christmas-y? Not sure if that is possible for Figment?
