Figaro fries

Is the cheese on figaro fries a cheese sauce or melted cheese? I'd love to attempt them at home.

It was a lot like hot Cheez Whiz if I remember correctly - like the kind you find on some nachos. It might be just me; but - yumm!

Also reminded me of the warm cheese sauce available at Casey's hot dog place.

That's a huge disappointment! I loved the Figaro fries! We got them in January, and they were still served with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch. When did it change?

I was there in May and it had changed.

They should be called something else than like cheese fries with bacon.

Give me the option to add the rest, can you get the other stuff on the side at a fixin bar?

Yes it's a liquid cheese like Velveeta or Cheez Whiz. You can still get Ranch dressing from the salad dressing packets but I don't recall there being a fixin's bar. We were there in April and I tried these for the first time. A few days later they changed the menu! Bummer. Oh well at least I got to try them once

There have been several reports indicating that, if you ask really nicely, most CMs will get you lettuce & tomato (although, I am not sure if there is a charge for it) and you can get packets of ranch salad dressing too...ta-da, Figaro Fries!

I was SO looking forward to trying these when I was there a week or two ago. I was VERY disappointed to find out the Figaro Fries are now simply cheese and bacon.

Also they took the sandwiches off the menu! I recall the menu being chicken nuggets and a burger (I think).
