So when I look at the listings for Fideltiy - how up to date are they? I know the Timeshare Store updates theirs daily as I've been watching. There are so many at Fideltiy, I haven't been trying to track any of them. There is one listing there that seems like a GREAT contract even at the asking price, but has been there for at least a few days. I keep thinking that can't possibly still be available. I tried to call Fidelity the other day to ask about closing costs (couldn't find on the web site) and no one answered before I gave up. I've read though that I could use Jaki at Resale DVC though to purchase a Fidelity contract so I was thinking about going that route.

I should probably just sit tight and wait on the right one to come through The Timeshare Store instead.

If you see something that is really good, and fits your needs, I would call either Fidelity or the other one you mentioned and get more information. I would prefer to use TSS also but the bottom line for me would be the actual contract not the listing broker (as long as the broker is reputable) Good luck.

Fidelity typically updates their listings once a week on Fridays. If you want to track their listings then you should copy all of them and paste them into Excel. Then do a sort by reference number. Their current listings are anything with a 1345xxx number. Anything with a number lower than 134xxxx that I would be cautious with it. Who knows how long it has been there. The points could very well be wrong by now because they are such old listings.

If you see a contract you want on any website, you can always make an offer with a time limit for the seler to repond. If they do not respond within your time frame, just find another one. There are lots of contracts for sale currently.

Thanks for the suggestions! I copied and sorted and was able to weed out all the ones that don't "fit" what I'm looking for. The one particular one I was looking at is actually the second newest listing! Thanks again! :thumbsup2

Well, as of today, the one I was eyeing is gone! Along with 2 others I had made note of. I guess the lists are up to date - there are just so many listed it's hard to go through. :surfweb:

If you have had communication problems, try dealing with **** and Jaki, who I believe have access to some/all of Fidelity's listings. I have used them twice and their communication and service is excellent.
