Fidelity and Sharon

I just have to say what amazing service I have received from Sharon at Fidelity. I closed on my contract almost 2 weeks ago and called DVC Member services today to see if I was in the system. I was told no so I emailed Sharon just to give her an update, within the hour she emailed DVC and my membership number was in hand.

What more can I say about their OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!

That's great!~! I've always read GOOD things about Sharon at fedelity.
HOWEVER...dont' expect - based on my own experience, and those posted here to receive that level of service FROM ANYOTHER broker at Fidelity.
 
We also had a good/smooth experience with Fidelity/Sharon. We had good experiences with Timeshare Store and Resales by DVC as well!:thumbsup2
 
Because of some of the other positive posts about Sharon on other threads, I called fidelity the other day and asked for her specifically. She was very helpful and did not seem rushed. I did not buy anything and she did not even ask for any contact information. If I see something on fidelity that interests me, I would definitely ask for her after that single experience.
