Fibro thread? help needed

There was a thread about fibromyalgia a while back but I lost it. I am not sure if what I am feeling is my fbromyalgia or something else. My one foot and both hands are now swollen. I ache everywhere. I have had pnumonia twice since Feb and am now feeling really yukky. I feel like I am coming down with something again. I am tired of this. I don't think the heat helps me at all. I prefer the cooler weather. Is this "normal" for fibro?

Normal and fibro are 2 words that never go together unfortunately.

The swelling concerns me a little, I would probably get that checked out.

I'll jump on and say that I would love some personal info/stories too.

I have been diagnosed with Benign Cramp Fasciculation (twitching) Syndrome. I have had a clean EMG and 2 clean MRI's to rule out some scarey stuff. Aside from twitching, I have TMJ, allergies, hoarseness, muscle aches/cramps (hands and feet now...legs back in Nov), pain, muscle fatigue (arms feel tired now...was my legs back in Nov), general fatigue (ie. NEEDING to sleep mid-day and/or nodding off at my computer), flare ups of joint pain in my hands, migraines, internal tremors (chest/arms and face) when I am trying to sleep, etc. I've been at this for 7 months. I am no worse and sometimes a bit better but everything comes and goes.

Since October, I have seen a chiropractor, ER doctor, neurologist, general doctor, dentist, TMJ specialist, ENT...I don't even know where to go from here.

Any tips/stories/familiarity with my symptoms/etc?
