:) hope you dont mind.....just im beginning to panic.. its a week Tuesday that I go!

1) Once we arrive at Disneyland train station, we obviously need to check in, sequioa Lodge to get rid of cases etc.. is there a minimum time to check in? or just whenever you get there?

2) I hope to take advantage of EMH at 8am.. what rides would you suggest to go on whilst it quiet??

3) Do you know if the swimming pool will be open next week?

4) Any ideas how much a nice autograph book is??

5) What time is breakfast served from and do we need to book a time? is that booked when we get there?

6) Any tips of the best place to stand for any of the parades??

Thanks for you help :goodvibes always appreciated :)

Hi :goodvibes

We are off to the Seqouia Lodge next week! I will attempt to answer your questions as best I can!

1) I believe you can check in at any time, however I think the rooms are not ready till 3 o'clock. I presume you can leave the bags at the hotel.

2) For EMH I would go on Buzz as a definate, Peter Pans Flight as well. Also Space Mountain if that is your kind of ride.

3) I think the swimming pool is closed, when I rang up I was informed it was closed for the entire duration of our trip. We arrive before you will, and will leave on the 18th so it might open after that but I am not sure.

4) Don't know about this one sorry, but I would think the rough price for one from the park is between 8-12 Euro. These are available from the stands around the park (there's one outside City Hall) and also in most of the souvenier shops.

5) I think breakfast is served from 7, although it might a bit earlier or later! You will need to book a time, and yup it is booked when you check in!

6) My fiancee says the best place to stand is "it's a small world", next to where the big gates are. This is either where the parade will start or end. Unfortunately, a lot of people are either told this or know from experience, so you need to get there early to secure your spot - the views are worth it! Another good place is near the bandstand at the entrance-end of Main Street, it's busy so you get a nice atmosphere, and you get to see the floats go around.

Hi,

Disneyfoo has answered most of your questions, just thought I'd add -

You can check in whenever you like at any onsite hotel, its 24 hour reception. Your room may not be ready until 3pm, but you can get your park tickets, and leave your bags at your hotel.

EMH - do all the rides! If you are there for 8am, you'll have time to fit all the open rides in, in both Fantasyland and Discoveryland. If you have to miss a couple, Buzz and Peter Pan have fastpass, so you could catch them later. But I think you'll have time to do them all more than once during EMH.

Autograph books and pens are sold everywhere - in your hotel shop, in the Village, in the Parks. They are around 5 euros, and are a lovely souvenir. Chunky pens are around 2 euros.

You choose your breakfast slot when you check in at your hotel - at the SL you can also request Good Morning Fantasyland breakfast in the park, instead of your hotel breakfast, if you'd prefer that. The GMF breakfast is subject to availability though, and may not be available to you for certain days of your stay. Ask when you check in if you're interested in the GMF breakfast.

My favourite place to stand is also near Its a Small World - I find it the quietest spot on the whole parade route to be honest. Last November I got there with 2 minutes to spare, and still got a great rope-side spot for me and the girls, opposite the Pizza Bella Notte, near the benches by the trees. I'm usually there about 10 minutes before the parade is due to start, and can choose my spot. I still think, even though lots of people here and regulars know about it, that its the quietest part of the route.

Main St is the busiest part of the park when the parade is on.

Enjoy your trip - Christmas at DLRP - you will love it
